Citizens Advice

Citizens’ Information provides an outreach service based in WGRC.

 

The mission of Citizens Information is to ensure that the people of Dublin 12 have easy access to the highest quality, free, confidential, comprehensive, up-to-date information, advice and advocacy services in relation to their rights and entitlements and all the services that exist to support them – all under one roof, open to all and integrating the information services within the area.

 

 

As part of the service Citizens’s Information provide information on a wide variety of topics including: Social Welfare, Health, Family, Housing, Employment, Education, Justice, Taxes, Consumer and Environment Issues, Voluntary and Youth sector, European Union, Government and Local Information.

We assist with appeals and advocate on behalf of clients. We also have access to the specialist services of Free legal Advice and Free Financial Information.

These services are available courtesy of FLAC and FISC and are strictly by appointment.

The Citizens’ Information service is available in Walkinstown Greenhills Resource Centre.
